There are many aluminium alloys with a diverse range of properties.

Aluminium alloy 1050 is commercially pure aluminium, highly resistant to chemical attack and weathering. They are easily worked and welded, but the lowest strength aluminium. They are also excellent for chemical processing equipment and other uses where product purity is important, and for metal pressings of all types where ductility is critical.
