 Metal Sheets now manufactures custom size zinc table tops and zinc covers for existing table tops.

Key Features

Table Tops

                  Table Tops are designed for fixing to existing supports or legs or as replacements for existing  tops.

                  The timber core is top quality 25mm birch plywood.                   

                  Zinc tops are manufactured by wrapping the sheet metal around the sides and back underneaththe ply.

                  The corners are fully welded.

                  Zinc finishes include natural, matte or patina.

                 Copper Table Tops are manufactured by bonding copper covers to the birch plywood, (see below)

                 Copper finish is patina.

Table Top Covers

                 Table Top Covers are inverted trays, the tray sides are returned back on themselves to form a smooth rolled edge.

                 Corners are fully welded to complete the cover.

                 Covers are placed over existing tops and bonded in place.

                Covers are an alternative to a fully manufacured Table Top. Simply transform an existing table.

                Depths up to 100mm.
