The craftsmen at Metal Sheets Ltd have worked with copper brass and zinc for over 20 years, we work with designers, contract furnishes and individuals to produce high quality table tops, bar tops and bespoke features for the hospitality trade and private commissions. We sell the metals we use ourselves and we have an in house studio for patina ageing and distressing metals.
Aside form copper brass and zinc our sheet metal stocks includes aluminium, bronze, stainless steel, Corten steel and pewter.
Many of our sheets have interesting finishes such as beaten, mirror, brushed, aged, distressed, embossed and patterned
We supply sheets in full size and cut to size, we have CAD drawing facilities and we offer CNC shape cutting in copper, brass and zinc. A group company Metal Offcuts sells some cut sizes on line.
The factory is located on an industrial estate in Maghull, just outside Liverpool, 5 minutes from Aintree Race Course, home of the Grand National. Our factory site is around 15,000 sq ft.
Our markets include sheet metal for architecture, education, catering, shop fittings, interior design, film sets, photographic shoots, automotive, brewing, aviation, oil & gas, and more…..

Aside from our bespoke work we do general fabrication work in copper brass and zinc for the building industry, supplying pressed metalwork and other products like signage, safety mirrors, splashbacks, wall cladding
We also manufacture Architectural Pressings, Door & Wall Protection Products, Unbreakable Safety Mirrors, Metal Table Tops, Catering Wall Cladding, Backsplashes and more.
Our in house patina studio applies interesting aged finishes to our products.
